SECTION 3 ? PRECAUTIONARY LABEL INFORMATION
Danger: Flammable. Harmful or fatal if swallowed. Do not use, store, spill, or pour near heat, sparks, or open flame. Can cause irritation to eyes and skin. Vapors can travel long distances. Dispense in cool engine only. Keep container closed when not in use. Use in open, well ventilated areas. Avoid prolonged or repeated breathing of vapors. Do not get in eyes or on skin/clothing. Do not take internally. If ingested, seek medical help immediately for instructions. Dispose of product/container properly. Do not reuse container.

SECTION 4 ? FIRST AID INFORMATION
EYES: Flush eyes with water for 15 minutes while holding eyelids open. Call physician.
SKIN: Remove contaminated clothing. Wash skin with soap and water. If irritation and
redness continues, call physician.
INHALATION: If symptoms of exposure develop (see Section 5), move victim to fresh air. If symptoms
continue, call physician immediately. If not breathing artificial respiration and or
oxygen should be administered by qualified personnel.
INGESTION: Call physician immediately! Induce vomiting at the instruction of physician only. If
unconscious, do not give anything by month.
PHYSICIAN: No specific antidote is known for this product. Based on the individual Reactions of the
patient, the physician?s judgement should be used to control symptoms and clinical
condition.

SECTION 5 ? HEALTH EFFECTS INFORMATION
PRIMARY ROUTES OF EXPOSURE: Eye, Skin, Inhalation, Ingestion
EYE CONTACT: Can cause severe irritation or injury.
SKIN CONTACT: Can cause moderate irritation. Prolonged exposure may cause redness and burning, drying and cracking of the skin and dermatitis.
INHALATION: Inhalation or prolonged or excessive concentrations of vapors and mists may cause: irritation of nose and throat, headache, nausea, distorted perception, respiratory irritation, unconsciousness, damage to liver and lungs and decreased blood rate.
INGESTION: Can be harmful or fatal if swallowed. Ingestion may cause coma, consciousness,
drowsiness, dizziness, loss of coordination and fatigue.
CARCINOGEN: This product is not listed as a carcinogen by NTP, IARC, or OSHA. However toluene has been found to cause cancer.
PRE-EXISTING: Medical conditions aggravated by exposure consist of : skin disorders, respiratory, liver and kidney conditions, and lung/asthma-like conditions.

TOXICITY STUDIES: Toxicity studies have been conducted on this product but toxicity studies of the
ingredient(s) in Section 2 have been reviewed. The results are shown below.
ACUTE ORAL TOXICITY

Methyl Isobutyl Ketone LD50-= 2080 mg/kg (albino rat)

SECTION 8 ? FIRE AND EXPLOSION INFORMATION
FLASHPOINT: 43ºC (TCC)
EXPLOSIVE LIMITS: 1.3% - Lower 12% - Higher (percent by volume)
EXTINGUISHING MEDIA: Based on the NFPA guide, use dry chemical. CO2, foam or other extinguishing
agent suitable for Class B fires.
FIRE AND EXPLOSION: This product is extremely flammable and may be ignited by heat, sparks, flame,
other ignition sources or static electricity.
FIRE FIGHTING: For larger quantities, the use of self-contained breathing apparatus is required .
Do not use water which could spread burning liquid. Water spray may be used
to cool exposures.
SECTION 9 ? REACTIVITY INFORMATION
INCOMPATIBILITY: Avoid contact with strong oxidizers, strong acids and bases, alkali metals, aldehydes and
halogens which can generate heat, fires, explosions and the release of toxic fumes.
THERMAL DECOMPOSITION PRODUCTS: In the event of combustion CO, CO2, and COx, may be formed.
STABLE: Yes HAZARDOUS POLYMERIZATION: Will not occur.
SECTION 10 ? PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
RESPIRATORY PROTECTION: Respiratory protection is not normally needed when the product is used in limited
concentrations and in adequate ventilated, open areas. If significant vapor concentration meets or exceed
permissible levels (see Section 14), appropriate NIOSH approved chemical cartridge respirator with organic
cartridge should be used. For concentrations over 1000 ppm, any powered air-purifying respirator with a full
facepiece and organic cartridge should be utiliized.
VENTILATION: General ventilation is recommended to maintain airborne concentrations below recommended
levels. Local ventilation is recommended where vapors, mists, and aerosols may be released. Do not use in
confined, closed areas, enclosed garages, etc.
PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT: Use impermeable gloves having materials of Viton, Polyurethane or equivalent.
Safety glasses with side shields or chemical goggles should be used for eye protection. Selection should be in
accordance with ANSI Z87.1 If clothing is contaminated, remove clothing and thoroughly wash the affected area.
